Customer Reviews
Got LEGO Eiffel Tower
Ordered the LEGO Eiffel Tower. Arrived in good condition. Box was sealed. Shipping was okay. Satisfied with the purchase. Will consider buying again.
Decent price, slow delivery
I bought a retired LEGO Millennium Falcon. The price was competitive for a discontinued set, which was the main draw. The ordering process was simple enough. However, delivery took longer than expected, about 8 days to reach Denver, even with standard shipping. The packaging was good, protected the box well. Customer service responded to my shipping inquiry within a day, which was fine. Overall, a good source for hard-to-find sets, but they could improve on shipping speed. I would probably buy from them again for a rare item.
Got my Hogwarts Castle!
So, I decided to finally get the LEGO Harry Potter Hogwarts Castle, you know, the big one. Found it on Brick Deals and figured I'd try them out. It showed up pretty quick, I think it was less than a week. The box was in good shape, not all dinged up or anything, which is always a relief with these bigger sets. Setting it up was fun. Definitely happy with how it turned out. Easy peasy.
Fantastic LEGO find!
I was looking for the retired LEGO Old Fishing Store for ages and finally found it here! The set arrived super fast, like 3 days to my door, and it was packaged perfectly. Everything was sealed and pristine. I'm so happy with this purchase and will definitely be back to grab more discontinued sets. Highly recommend Brick Deals to all collectors!
Good deal on discontinued set
I was looking for the LEGO Ghostbusters Ecto-1 and saw it on Brick Deals. The price was better than other places I checked for a retired set. I also got free shipping which really helped with the overall cost. It felt like a good value for a set that's not easy to find anymore. The set arrived in perfect condition, sealed and everything. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth here, especially with that free shipping.
Smooth order, good quality
I ordered the retired LEGO Taj Mahal set from Brick Deals last week. The website was easy enough to navigate to find what I wanted. Placing the order was straightforward, and I received an email confirmation right away. Shipping took about 5 business days to reach me in California, which was within the estimated timeframe. The packaging was robust, with plenty of bubble wrap, ensuring the box arrived without any dents. The set itself was factory sealed, as advertised. No need to contact support, so can't speak to that, but the overall experience was positive and met my expectations for a specialized retailer.

Anyone know if Brick Deals lets you combine coupon codes? Got a first order one but also saw a free shipping thing.
Are Brick Deals prices always super high compared to what the original retail was? Or can you sometimes snag a good deal on discontinued stuff?
what's their return policy like for a retired set? if i get it and change my mind, is it a huge pain?
Hey, thinking of grabbing that retired Millennium Falcon from Brick Deals. Are their sets actually brand new and sealed, or are they sometimes opened/used?
Does Brick Deals ship to like, California pretty fast? Trying to get a gift for my friend's birthday next month.
